These Terms of Service govern your use of needsome.co and any purchase from NEEDSOME LLC ("NEEDSOME," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase our products.
1. Store and Platform
NEEDSOME operates this store and is the seller of products offered through it. The store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that allows us to offer products and services to you.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, and shipping information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity performed through your account.
3. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately. Packaging, appearance, color, and other details may vary slightly from images shown on the site.
Product information may change as formulas, packaging, availability, and legal requirements evolve. The product label and directions supplied with the product control if they differ from general website content.
4. Dietary Supplement and Medical Disclaimer
NEEDSOME products are dietary supplements. Website content is provided for general informational purposes and is not medical advice or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Use products only as directed on the label. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, have a medical condition, are sensitive to stimulant-like ingredients, or have questions about whether the product is appropriate for you. Stop use and seek appropriate care if you experience an adverse reaction.

5. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, pricing or listing errors, payment problems, address issues, or legal restrictions.
If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.
You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method submitted for the amount shown at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping charges.
6. Pricing, Promotions, and Taxes
Prices and promotions can change without notice, but changes do not affect an order already accepted except where correction is required by law or you agree to the change.

8. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, order cancellations, and the 30-day guarantee are governed by our Return, Refund, and 30-Day Guarantee Policy.
9. Subscriptions
If you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the price and interval displayed when you enroll. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
Subscription billing, renewal, management, cancellation, and related terms are governed by our Subscription and Cancellation Policy. You must review those terms before enrolling.
10. Email and Text Messages
Transactional communications about your order or account may be required to provide the services you request.
Marketing email and SMS communications require the applicable consent. SMS participation is also governed by our Mobile Terms of Service. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You can withdraw marketing consent using the instructions provided in the message.
11. Reviews and User Content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial, or other content, you confirm that:
- The content reflects your honest experience.
- You have the right to submit it.
- It does not violate another person's rights.
- Any material connection, free product, discount, or compensation is clearly disclosed.
You grant NEEDSOME a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, adapt for formatting, and use submitted content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, irrelevant, or inconsistent with these Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The site and its contents—including text, branding, product names, graphics, photographs, videos, designs, software, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to NEEDSOME and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the site only for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without written permission.

- Use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEEDSOME's total liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid to NEEDSOME for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold NEEDSOME harmless from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
Any dispute-resolution, arbitration, venue, or class-action language should be added only after review by qualified counsel.

If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and the policies incorporated into them form the agreement between you and NEEDSOME concerning the site and purchases.
