SMS and Mobile Messaging

If you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages, we collect and process information associated with the NEEDSOME messaging program. This may include:

  • Your mobile telephone number
  • The date, time, source, and language of your consent
  • Your messaging preferences and subscription status
  • Messages sent to and received from your number
  • Interactions with links and messages
  • Device, carrier, and technical information
  • General location information inferred from your telephone number, device, or interaction when available

We use this information to:

  • Send messages you requested or consented to receive
  • Provide order, account, and subscription communications
  • Send marketing messages and offers where you have provided the required consent
  • Process HELP, STOP, unsubscribe, and other requests
  • Maintain consent and suppression records
  • Prevent fraud, misuse, and messaging abuse
  • Measure and improve the messaging program
  • Comply with applicable law, carrier requirements, and industry standards

We may disclose this information to vendors that help us operate the messaging program, including our messaging platform, telecommunications providers, Shopify, customer-support providers, analytics providers, and other processors acting on our behalf.

Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This restriction does not prevent disclosure to service providers that process information on our behalf, when you direct us to disclose information, or when disclosure is required by law.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.

You can withdraw SMS consent at any time by replying STOP or using an unsubscribe link where available. You can request help by replying HELP or contacting hello@needsome.co.

We retain consent and opt-out records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the program, document compliance, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.

Participation in the messaging program is also governed by the NEEDSOME Mobile Terms of Service.
