NEEDSOME Mobile Terms of Service

These Mobile Terms govern the NEEDSOME text-messaging program.

Program Description

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring informational and/or marketing text messages from NEEDSOME at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include:

  • Order and account updates
  • Product and launch announcements
  • Offers and promotions
  • Cart or checkout reminders
  • Replenishment reminders
  • Subscription alerts and account-management reminders
  • Customer-service messages

Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your activity, preferences, purchases, and subscription status.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your messaging and data plan.

Opting Out

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a NEEDSOME text message or using an unsubscribe link where available.

After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming the request. Unless you provide new consent, you will no longer receive messages covered by that SMS consent.

Requests made through customer support will be processed as promptly as reasonably possible.

Eligibility and Your Mobile Number

You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided and are legally capable of consenting to the program.

If your mobile number changes, is reassigned, or is no longer under your control, opt out before discontinuing use of the number and notify us if necessary.

Carriers and Delivery

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery can be affected by carrier availability, network conditions, device settings, and other circumstances outside NEEDSOME's control.

Not all devices or carriers may be supported.

Privacy

Our collection and use of information through the SMS program are governed by our Privacy Policy and SMS Privacy Addendum.

We may use service providers, including our messaging platform and telecommunications providers, to operate the program. Mobile opt-in information and consent records will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Changes or Termination

We may modify or discontinue the program or these Mobile Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law. Your continued participation after an effective change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
