Cancellation policy

Effective date: July 27, 2026

This policy applies when you select a recurring NEEDSOME subscription.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.

When you subscribe, you authorize NEEDSOME and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for:

  • The first subscription order when shown at checkout.
  • Each future renewal according to the delivery and billing interval you select, such as every four weeks or every six weeks.
  • Applicable taxes and any charges disclosed at checkout.

The price, product quantity, billing interval, and delivery frequency displayed when you enroll form part of your subscription agreement.

Renewal Schedule

Your next charge date and future schedule are displayed at checkout, in your confirmation communications, or in the customer subscription portal.

Renewals occur according to the interval you selected. Changing the frequency can change future charge and delivery dates.

Managing Your Subscription

Subject to options available in the customer portal, you may:

  • Skip an upcoming order.
  • Pause the subscription.
  • Change the delivery frequency.
  • Swap an available product or option.
  • Update payment or shipping information.
  • Cancel the subscription.

Changes must be completed before the upcoming order is processed. A change made after processing might apply only to later renewals.

Cancelling

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer subscription portal or by contacting hello@needsome.co.

There is no cancellation fee and no minimum commitment.

Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cancel after a renewal has been charged, that renewal order will still ship. The cancellation applies to later renewals and does not automatically cancel or refund the charged order. Any return or refund is governed by our Return, Refund, and 30-Day Guarantee Policy.

Pricing Changes

If a subscription price changes, we will provide notice before charging the new price when required by applicable law. Continuing the subscription after the effective date of a properly disclosed change constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

Promotional or introductory prices can expire according to the terms presented when you enroll.

Payment Problems

If a recurring payment fails, we or our subscription provider may retry the payment and contact you to update your payment method.

We may pause or cancel a subscription after repeated payment failures. You remain responsible for charges associated with an order that was successfully processed.

Shipping

Subscription orders receive free standard shipping within the contiguous United States when that benefit is included in the selected offer.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Subscription orders are eligible for the 30-day guarantee beginning on delivery. Opened products are eligible, but you must follow the return requirements in our Return, Refund, and 30-Day Guarantee Policy.

Cancelling the subscription and requesting a return are separate actions. Cancelling prevents future renewals; a return request addresses an order already delivered or processed.
